GFWC is proudly represented in thousands of communities around the world by dedicated volunteers working to better the lives of their neighbors, make towns safer and more beautiful, and extend the hand of support and friendship to individuals near and far. We are mothers and daughter, business and community leaders, all United by a dedication to community improvement.

Our motto emphasizes our ability to use diversity of our backgrounds to work toward a unified vision and purpose of enhancing our lives and the lives of thosearound Us. Our members hold a wealth of resources in terms of interest, knowledge, and experience.

Our programs provide a wide range of issues.
Our impact is local, our reach is global.
Our average annual contributions are $47 million dollars donated; 5.5 million hours volunteered and over 136,000  projects completed.

GFWC sets the tone for the flexibility that has enabled us to grow and adapt to the changing lifestyles and concerns of women through more than a e turn of volunteer work.
